Our tumble dryers are used to remove a thin laver of oil from the surface of the soft-gelcapsules which accelerates the dryina process by 50%, The soft-gel capsules are placed ondrying trays, then into drying racks and into rooms where dry air is circulated for a periodof up to 48 hours.

As each batch of soft-gel capsules are manufactured, we send a representative sample tobe micro-bioloaically tested in an independent laboratory, Heavy metal testing is carriedout for some soft-gel capsules, Customers can request these testings for their products.

We have the technology to encapsulate formulations through our advanced high speedencapsulating machines. These give an accurate dosage according to specific reguirements.

Our diverse machines cater for several sizes of capsules (000, 00, 0, 1, 2 and 3), colour combinations (single or two piece colour), and the choice of gelatin (bovine or porcine) orvegetarian capsules. We use BSE free, halal, and kosher compliant capsules.

All capsules are polished and de-dusted before bottling, blistering or bulk packaging andwe supply our capsules for small or large production runs.

We offer an extensive range of tableting services. Tablets are run on our high speed rotarytablet presses which can be set to specific tablet sizes and shapes. Each tablet isthoroughl checked for hardness, weight and quality.

To add a point of difference, tablets can be coated (agueous, sustained release, entericand colour), adding benefits of extended shelf life, moisture barrier, taste masking, easyto swallow and yisual appeal, We also manufacture chewable tablets with flayoursand/or sweeteners.

All tablets can be printed on with any logo, image or text.

We offer an extensive range of herbal teas. Our teas are sourced worldwide and wehave the technology to mill, blend and dose the tea into tea bags, and then pack theseinto tea boxes.

Our liquid filling line enables us to accurately fill any liquid formula or juice into varioussizes of qlass and plastic bottles.

Our packaging solutions are sourced fromreliable pharmaceutical grade suppliers.These include bottles, boxes, blister packspouches,sachets,shrink-wrapping,sleevesealing and cello-wrapping.

Our advanced bottling line disperses anaccurate amount of product into eachbottle.These then feed automatically intoour labelling line, which can be adjusted tosuit many bottles.

Blister packaging and sachets are made invarious shapes and sizes to suit productneeds. We complete this process further bypacking the products into boxes with theadditional option of shrink-wrapping orcello-wrapping to provide extra protection.

Our tea bags are made from non-bleachedrecycled paper. Tea bags can be packedinto a cellophane bag and/or into boxeswith the option of a tamper proof easy-tear cello-wrap.
